Registration Policy
- Each accepted paper must need a non-student registration before early bird deadline (Jan. 28, 2013). One non-student registration can cover up to 4 papers.
- Except one day tutorial and CAS-FEST only registration, all the registrations will cover proceedings, banquet, reception, and gift.

- Important: ISCAS will cross-check all IEEE and CAS memberships against IEEE's database. Please make sure that you have renewed your membership for 2013.
- IEEE and CAS Society Member rates are only available to individuals who are IEEE and CAS Society Members at the time of registration - visit www.ieee.org/join to join. IEEE members will be required to show their valid IEEE membership card at the conference registration desk.
- Students will be required to show their student (and IEEE, if applicable) membership card(s) at the conference registration desk.

Note:
- Payment via bank transfer must be made within 7 days after you obtained the registration ID.
- A copy of transaction with your name must be sent to csxu@nlpr.ia.ac.cn for confirmation. We will use this information to check your registration time and type. The regular registration deadline is May 5,2013 for wire transfer, in order to collect all the payment information in time.
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the attendees.

Registration Procedures
- Input your registration information through the registration site.
- Obtain the registration ID.
- Use your registration ID to pay either through online Payease payment or wire transfer.
- After registration, if you need invitation letter for Visa Assistance, please see here.
Refund Policy
- All refund requests must be made via email to Changsheng Xu (csxu@nlpr.ia.ac.cn). All cancellations will be subject to a 50 USD or 320 RMB cancelation fee before May 5, 2013. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 5, 2013.Â
